VİLLA VERTEX 1

Villa Vertex 1 is a private villa with a twin-concept design and a private swimming pool, located in the Nif area of Fethiye. Thanks to its nature-surrounded location, the villa offers a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Air conditioning is available only in the living room, and there are no air conditioners in the bedrooms.

Villa Vertex 2, which is adjacent to Villa Vertex 1, is designed in the same concept. Subject to availability in the calendars, you have the opportunity to rent both villas at the same time for a larger group stay.

Important Note: A single set of visuals is currently being used for both Villa Vertex 1 and Villa Vertex 2. The photos will be updated as of May.

The nearest swimming spot is Çalış Beach.

• All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area.

• The photos of this house, like those of our other properties on the website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Fethiye region, occasional internet, electricity, and water outages may occur across the area, although this is rare.
