While the Danish owners have meticulously designed every detail of the villa’s architecture and interior, its true distinction comes from its unrivaled location. From the villa, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Bodrum Castle, the marina, sailing boats, the boxy white houses of the town, and the ancient theater—an absolutely breathtaking sight.

Designed as a triplex, Villa Motierra features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, a private pool, a spacious living room, a library, and multiple seating areas, providing guests with comfort and luxury. The villa blends Anatolian architecture with Scandinavian style, creating a harmonious and unique holiday experience that combines comfort and aesthetic appeal.

Daily cleaning service is included in the rates, while meals, grocery shopping, and chauffeur services are available at an extra cost.

Note: For weekly rentals, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. For longer stays, electricity will be charged separately. Jacuzzi use will be charged based on electricity consumption. The villa includes “brush over” general cleaning; staff are also available for tasks such as taking out the trash. Meal preparation can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

• All our villas located in natural surroundings are regularly treated for pests. However, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still be present in the area.

• Like the photos of our other villas on the website, the images of this property are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the images onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas in the Bodrum area are built on hillsides due to local conditions. Access to these villas may require driving uphill. Some villa roads may also be stabilized (dirt) roads.

• Especially during the summer months, due to the high increase in population in the Bodrum region, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, and water services may occur.
