Villa Virtus is a triplex villa located in Hisaronu, Fethiye, a 5-minute drive from Oludeniz Beach. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and toilets, our villa stands out as an ideal option for large families and crowded family groups with its accommodation capacity of 8 people. With its sheltered private swimming pool in the large garden area, comfortable sun loungers and indispensable barbecue in the summer months, our villa awaits guests who want to spend a secluded and peaceful holiday.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***
*Our guests who want to benefit from the heating in the pool of our villa can use the pool heating for 1500  TL per day.

*Payments are accepted in pounds in our villa. The deposit fee is determined as 5000 TL. For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 2000 TL is requested.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Fethiye region.
