      Villa Lina Vare is located in the Akarca neighborhood of Fethiye, one of Turkey's most popular holiday destinations. Featuring a modern and carefully designed interior, the villa offers a comfortable accommodation experience. Thanks to its central location, it is only 1.3 kilometers from Çalış Beach and just 300 meters from Şehit Fethibey Park. Built in 2022, Villa Lina Vare is a detached property with a private swimming pool. It has a total of 5 rooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa is surrounded by a garden wall covered with artificial grass for added privacy.

      NOTE: The 5th bedroom includes one single bed (specially designed as a children's room) and an additional foldable bed that can be used if needed.​

      * Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.
