• Some of our villas located around Kaş and Kalkan are built on hillsides due to regional conditions. Therefore, it may be necessary to drive uphill to reach certain villas. Additionally, some villa access roads may be stabilized (dirt) roads.

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Kaş and Kalkan region, there may rarely be interruptions in internet, electricity, or water services throughout the area.
