• All our villas located in natural surroundings are regularly treated for pests. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the area.

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan area are built on hillsides due to regional conditions. Access to these villas may require driving uphill. In some cases, the roads leading to the villas may be stabilized (dirt) roads.

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Kaş and Kalkan region, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, and water services may occur throughout the area.
